We're growing fast and hiring a data-heavy Growth Marketer to own measurement, experimentation, and program design.
We're San Francisco-based but operate fully remotely (North America time zones).
What you will do
Build the measurement system connecting Reddit → SEO/AEO/LLM visibility → qualified traffic → intent → pipeline
Run structured experiments across subreddit selection, thread scoring, messaging angles, mention vs no-mention, timing, and identity
Forecast outcomes, set targets, track pacing, and communicate performance clearly each week
Identify scalable SEO/AEO opportunities from Reddit (comparisons, alternatives, objections) and convert them into repeatable engines
Partner with ops and engineering to improve our internal platform (scoring, workflows, reporting, audit trails)
What we are looking for
Strong analytics: you can model, analyze, and defend conclusions under noisy attribution
Practical understanding of SEO + AEO + LLM visibility and what moves them
Deep understanding of the Reddit culture and as an organic marketing channel.
Strong experiment design and causal thinking (baselines, seasonality, controls)
Clear written communication for evidence-heavy client reporting
Bonus: programmatic SEO, content systems, product analytics, Looker/GA4/Search Console experience
