Your Role in Our Journey

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the hands-on execution and daily management of all paid advertising campaigns across major platforms. This role requires deep technical proficiency and an analytical mindset to ensure campaign performance meets strict ROI and efficiency targets. The manager will own campaign setup, tracking integrity, and day-to-day optimizations for the majority of the marketing spend.

This role is highly focused on technical execution, optimization, and daily management of the company's multi-million dollar paid media budget, providing the necessary operational support to ensure efficient growth.

What You'll Be Uncorking

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Campaign Management & Optimization

Execution Ownership:

Manage all aspects of daily campaign operations across: Paid Search:

Google & Bing (Performance Max, PLA, DSA, Non-Brand, Brand). Paid Content:

YouTube, Display, Demand Gen. Paid Social:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn. Manage WEX Campaign Execution, Tasting Room, Cork & Compass, and other subsidiary companies (Search, Content, Social TBD).

Budget & Bidding:

Monitor daily pacing, adjust budgets, and implement bid strategies to hit efficiency (ROAS) and volume targets. Creative & Copy:

Refresh creative rotations, conduct A/B testing, manage ad copy, and ensure product sets are current. Campaign Hygiene:

Manage negative keywords, conduct search term audits, perform keyword expansion, and proactively resolve disapproved ads or feed errors. Technical Setup & Tracking

Campaign Setup:

Accurately build and launch new campaigns, upload ad assets, create target audiences and exclusions, and set up tracking parameters. Tracking QA:

Conduct basic QA to ensure correct implementation of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM) parameters, and platform pixels. Feed Management:

Ensure product catalogs and feeds for PLA/Shopping, PMAX, and Paid Social are up-to-date and free of technical errors. Reporting & Performance Insight

Performance Monitoring:

Maintain weekly performance data and dashboards across all paid channels. Insight Generation:

Surface early insights related to efficiency, spend pacing, and ROAS trends for the Director of Growth Marketing and leadership team. Ad-Hoc Reporting:

Pull reports for other teams (e.g., Creative, Product) as needed. The Perfect Blend (What You Bring to the Table)

Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns with significant monthly spend. Direct platform experience with: Google Ads

(Search, Shopping/PLA, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) Microsoft Ads (Bing) Meta Ads Manager

(Facebook & Instagram)

Proven ability to execute daily optimizations tied to efficiency goals (ROAS, CPA) and volume targets. Strong technical foundation in digital advertising, including: Conversion tracking and pixel setup Google Tag Manager (GTM) familiarity and basic QA Product feed management for Shopping, PMAX, and paid social catalogs

High proficiency in platform-native reporting, performance analysis, and data interpretation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex campaigns without sacrificing accuracy. Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience with additional paid media platforms such as: TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Ecommerce and martech experience, including familiarity with: Magento NetSuite Product catalog management systems and inventory-based advertising

Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-business environment. Exposure to analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Haensel AMS, A/B testing frameworks). Background in performance-driven ecommerce, subscription, or DTC businesses.

This position offers a flexible

hybrid

schedule, requiring employees to be onsite at our Valhalla, NY headquarters

twice per week

, with Tuesday designated as a required in-office day

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Hybrid (Valhalla, New York, US))
