Bilingual Translator (Spanish/English)
to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Madison, AL. This is a first-shift position with stable, full-time hours.

The Bilingual Translator will support communication between English-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking teammates on the production floor. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication related to safety, training, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Translate verbal instructions between supervisors and production teammates Assist with new hire orientations and on-the-job training Support safety communication and documentation Help address and resolve workplace questions or concerns Maintain clear, professional communication in a manufacturing setting Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable and able to work 12-hour first shifts Previous translation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Pay
