The firm's Marketing Department is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for its Washington, DC office. This role is integral to maintaining the accuracy, quality, and brand alignment of the firm's public website and intranet. The Coordinator also serves as a backup proofreader, ensuring consistency and professionalism across firm communications. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this position collaborates closely with marketing colleagues across practices and offices, offering broad exposure to the firm's digital strategy and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for website updates and content requests, including attorney biographies, headshots, practice and industry descriptions, events, and recognitions. Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting, deployment, and performance reporting. Assist in maintaining editorial tone, brand standards, and overall content quality across the firm's website and intranet. Track, schedule, and manage website requests using Wrike. Prepare website and blog performance reports using Google Analytics and other digital tools. Support website accessibility reviews to ensure compliance with current standards. Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives as assigned. Provide editorial support, including proofreading and posting advisories, newsletters, and blog content. Oversee ticket management and assist with testing website updates and new features. Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of two years of office experience; prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture). Working knowledge of HTML; familiarity with content management systems such as Sitecore. Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, digital content distribution, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike. Strong proofreading, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $59,280 to $69,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
