Responsibilities
Conduct on-site evaluations to determine flooring needs and project conditions in

and surrounding areas. Prepare precise cost estimates for commercial and industrial resinous flooring projects, including epoxy, urethane, and specialty coatings. Recommend appropriate flooring systems based on project requirements, performance goals, and client specifications. Develop competitive proposals and submit bids to prospective clients in
Irving, TX . Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives and budgets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects throughout the
Irving
area. Track project costs, monitor budgets, and provide detailed reporting to management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors to support company growth. Requirements Proven experience in resinous flooring sales or estimating with a focus on commercial or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of resinous flooring materials, applications, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
