What You'll Do:

As a Data Analyst on the Coastal Ridge Marketing team, you'll play a key role in turning data into decisions across our multifamily portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, operations, and leadership, you'll own dashboards, reports, and analysis that help teams understand performance, identify trends early, and act with confidence. You'll work across marketing platforms, property management systems, and internal tools to translate complex data into insights that drive business optimization.

Where You'll Work:

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays host to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building's fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city's best restaurants and downtown amenities.

What You'll Own: Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that track marketing, leasing, and operational performance Analyze portfolio- and property-level data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders Create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency across teams Partner closely with Marketing to enhance reporting tools and make insights easier to access and act on Work with data from Entrata, RealPage, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Quickbase, and internal systems Integrate and normalize data from multiple platforms to create holistic performance views Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Revenue Management, and Leadership to support business decision-making Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as priorities evolve Proactively recommend data-driven improvements to processes, campaigns, and reporting Other duties and projects as directed and assigned. What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting-focused role Strong experience building dashboards and data visualizations Hands-on experience analyzing data from marketing platforms and business systems, including paid media performance (Google Ads, Meta), marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and lead lifecycle data Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) Working knowledge of SQL and/or data warehouses (Snowflake a plus) Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management preferred Familiarity with Entrata, RealPage, Quickbase, or similar systems Who You Are:
