The Wireless Sales Advisor will support sales development while emphasizing the benefits of our services. As a Wireless Sales Advisor at Sky Nova, you will represent AT&T by educating customers on wireless plans, devices, and service options that best fit their needs. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship-building, and delivering a seamless enrollment experience while upholding AT&T brand standards. Role Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Advisor
Support direct sales outreach while identifying opportunities to expand sales
Conduct enrollment consultations and preparing tailored recommendations for customers
Guiding and educating customers on current service offerings and their value
Use CRM tools to register account activations and upgrades to ensure transparency and updated customer records
Participate in sales development workshops, market research and enhancing sales strategies
Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Advisors with the aim of achieving team goals
Engage in ongoing training in order to learn best customer service practises and sales techniques
