
FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Rancho Cucamonga-based Sales Engineer to work for the largest oilfield service company in the world. Get paid every week + benefits.
Pay / Schedule: $48-$72/hr DOE. M-F 9am-5pm. At $72/hr, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,880 gross.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving growth in third-party business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing targeted commercial campaigns. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, this role serves as a critical link between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Contracts, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into competitive, compliant proposals
Develop and execute tender and proposal
e strategi es aligned with business objectives and customer requiremen
Conduct Headquarters reviews of key proposal and tender
componen
Determine proposal and quote disposition decisions in coordination with leadership
Review and respond to tender and proposal clarificatio n
Develop opportunity assessment and engagement pla n
Identify, capture, and qualify leads into actionable opportuniti e
Plan and execute cross-sell and sell-up strategi es to expand customer val
Prioritize opportunities for engagement based on strategic and commercial criter ia
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales quotatio n
Support and prepare contract amendments, renewals, suspensions, and early terminatio n
Participate in event investigatio n s and validate investigation outcom
Collect and analyze market activity intelligen ce to inform strate
Collect and analyze unit-level intelligen ce to support commercial decision-maki
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experie nce
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated industrial environme nt
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, operations, and contracts te ams
Strong understanding of tendering, proposal development, and quotation proces s
Experience qualifying leads and managing opportunities through a structured sales or capture proc ess
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ski lls
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound commercial judgme nt

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ITAR-controlled programs and compliance requirem ents
Experience supporting contract lifecycle activi ties
(amendments, renewals, terminati ons ).
Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity to support growth strate gies
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or proposal management sys tems
