Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Kannapolis, NC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting market analyses, scheduling property showings, and preparing contracts. Additional tasks include promoting properties through various marketing channels, networking to build new client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all required regulations and standards.
Qualifications Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Sales, and Negotiation Knowledge of Property Marketing, Market Analysis, and Competitive Market Research Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal Skills Detail-Oriented with Multitasking and Time Management Abilities Proficiency with Technology Tools such as Real Estate Software and MLS Systems Proven experience in the real estate industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or related fields are preferred
