
Essential Functions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and showroom
Move, park, and arrange vehicles in an orderly and safe manner
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly displayed
Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transfers as needed
Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel levels, tire pressure, battery condition)
Install dealer plates and stock tags on vehicles
Keep inventory areas organized and properly labeled
Maintain cleanliness of customer parking areas and sales offices
Assist sales staff with vehicle deliveries and customer vehicle preparation
Follow all dealership safety and driving policies

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
Supervisory Responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, and printer.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds independently; most lifting from knee to shoulder height; other lifting from various levels.
Requires standing for an extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
May require some driving and typing. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
