Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bettendorf, IA, for a Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, guiding clients through the negotiation process, and researching market trends and property values to provide informed advice. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to grow their client base.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one as required by the state of Iowa
Experience or knowledge in real estate transactions and real property management
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
Background in sales and business development
Effective communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a flexible schedule
Familiarity with local real estate markets is an advantage
Proficiency in relevant technology tools and platforms
All compensation is in the form of earned commission, no salary offered
