Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role Definition**Strategic communications consultant who works with business partners to design, develop, and produce functional HR communications content.**What you will do:*** Serve as a strategic communications advisor to HR leaders, helping translate complex information into compelling strategies and deliverables.* Design and produce high-quality communications from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clarity.* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders* Support communication operations, including publishing newsletters, managing editorial processes, and maintaining internal websites.**SKILLS YOU WILL HAVE:*** **Internal Communications:** Knowledge of techniques and media for internal communications; ability to produce and distribute news, newsletters and other communications materials targeted at the employees.* **Communicating for Impact:** Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations.* **Planning and Organizing**: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.* **Interpersonal Relationships**: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.**TOP CANDIDATES WILL ALSO HAVE:*** Human resources experience* Strong tech acumen – Leveraging AI, Solid PPT skills – ability to take ideas and represent them visually* Multi-media content creation (video, etc.)**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:*** The primary location for this position is Irving, TX* Domestic relocation assistance is available.* Sponsorship is not available.* This role requires the candidate to be in-office Monday to Friday.* Travel will be approximately 5%### ### **Summary Pay Range:**$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
