We are looking for a report Submission Specialist to perform technical submission only of reports to the Dutch Tax Authorities.
Scope of work (submission only) Submit already generated report XML files to the Dutch Tax Authorities.
Submission must be done via system-to-system integration through Digipoort.
Act as a technical sender (Digipoort sender) using your own:
OIN
Active Digipoort connection
Handle delivery receipts and report status confirmations
Out of scope:
Data preparation
XML generation or validation
Any SaaS or platform solution
The XML file is provided by us and must be submitted as‑is.

Reporting entity: Non‑EU platform operator
Country: Netherlands
Format: Report XML
Activity includes OSS‑related platform activity
Requirements
Proven experience with report submissions in the Netherlands
Hands‑on experience with Digipoort system‑to‑system submissions
Ability to act as technical Digipoort sender (not advisory only)
Includes: Digipoort submission, Delivery/status confirmation
Engagement
One‑off submission
Potential for annual recurring cooperation
Remote / contract‑based
