Kforce has a client in Beverly Hills, CA that is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of residential or commercial properties
Plan and manage property budgets, collect rent, pay bills, forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective action
Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and completing repairs
Secure property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies
Facilitate leasing space, preparing lease agreements, and negotiating terms
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
Maintain building systems by contracting with maintenance services and supervising repairs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
3-4+ years of experience in property management
Knowledge of ledgers and accounting software
Property Tax knowledge
Experience With
Financial Analysis
Month‑End Closing
Account Reconciliation
Financial Reporting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
