Engaging Overview:
We are looking for a West Coast Regional Account Manager to expand our presence across the Western U.S., partnering with resellers and end clients to deliver innovative solutions for critical environments. This role blends strategic account management, technical sales expertise, and territory growth responsibilities. The position is remote with travel throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and grow relationships with channel partners and key accounts throughout the West Coast
Guide high-value projects from design through post-installation support, ensuring client satisfaction
Deliver technical presentations and solution-oriented sales discussions with engineers, contractors, and facility managers
Collaborate with internal engineering and marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and training sessions
Track regional market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
Qualifications:
5+ years of technical sales experience in HVAC or Building Automation, preferably with a manufacturer
Proven success managing channel partners or multi-state territories
Knowledge of airflow measurement, room pressure monitoring, and mechanical building systems
Experience engaging with design engineers, specifiers, contractors, and facility owners
Ability to explain and sell technical concepts in critical environment controls
Reside in one of these states near a major airport: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY
Skills:
Technical sales expertise in complex mechanical and engineered systems
Deep understanding of HVAC and Building Automation products
Experience managing and enabling channel partner networks
Regional account and territory oversight with multi-state coordination
Strategic planning and solution-focused client engagement
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus

Team and Environment:
Remote role with travel approximately 50% of the time across the West Coast. Collaboration with internal engineers, marketing, and channel partners is key to delivering a seamless and impactful customer experience.
Compensation:
Base salary $60,000–$75,000 with performance-based incentives, offering first-year total earnings in the $90,000–$200,000 range, including additional bonus potential tied to territory performance.
