As we continue to expand nationally, we’re building a team of driven sales professionals who want to grow with us.

The Role This is a full-cycle sales role with direct ownership of revenue generation. You’ll be responsible for building and managing your personal pipeline, targeting large institutional real estate owners who control multi-asset portfolios. You’ll lead strategic sales conversations that blend financial, operational, and technical components, supported by our internal underwriting, implementation, and performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Own revenue targets through proactive outbound sales and inbound lead management.

Develop and manage a personal pipeline of prospects, guiding opportunities from first contact through contract execution.

Build strong relationships with asset managers, capital projects teams, and financial decision makers at the ownership level.

Conduct client meetings, property walkthroughs, and solution presentations with internal support.

Deeply understand Echelon’s financial models, offerings, and value proposition to guide client decision-making.

Extensive travel to client properties, major industry conferences, and events nationwide (50%–75% travel).

Actively contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales playbooks, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Who You Are

3–8 years of B2B sales experience in real estate, energy services, capital projects, financial solutions, or a consultative sales environment.

Proven ability to sell complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to sophisticated buyers.

Comfortable managing long sales cycles and negotiating with senior-level ownership teams.

Highly accountable for self-directed pipeline generation and quota achievement.

Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship builder.

Thrives in a growth-stage environment where agility, ownership, and execution are core values.

Based in Denver, CO (preferred), but open to top-tier candidates remotely.

$75,000 – $150,000 First year OTE including base and commission
