To further strengthen our presence in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive distributor partnerships and accelerate market growth.
Your Mission
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our distributor network across Germany. You will: Develop, manage and grow strategic distributor partnerships Drive sell-in and support sell-through activities together with distributor sales teams Define joint business plans and execute growth strategies Monitor stock levels, forecasts and product pipeline Coordinate closely with marketing and technical teams to support channel campaigns Identify new channel partners and expand regional coverage Take ownership of channel revenue targets and KPI performance What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in channel sales / distributor management Experience in inverter, energy storage or related electrical industry Structured mindset with forecasting and pipeline management capability What We Offer
