Position Location This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.

Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.

Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct analysis and make pricing recommendations on product launches, challenges, and new opportunities for major retail‑class customers, taking into account market conditions, competitive environment, customer strategies, and portfolio mix.

Frequent contact with internal personnel and outside customer representatives at various management levels concerning pricing operations. Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific pricing operations.

Monitors market activity on all products and makes recommendations as necessary for pro‑active price increases and defensive contracting strategies to maintain share and price.

Oversee creation and review of all new product offers (NPOs) for in‑line and new launch products to institution/retail customers.

Responsible for macro pricing analysis and recommendations with focus on data consolidation.

Is responsible for pricing and contracting system (Scout) as well as pricing components of Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP).

Initiates process and system improvements within existing business frameworks to drive efficiency and profitability of business unit.

Work on ad‑hoc contract projects supporting new business development as well as ongoing Commercial Operations initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the role Required Qualifications Education & Experience (Required):

B.S./B.A required

5+ years of experience preferably in pharmaceuticals/generics with emphasis in pricing contracts and finance. Commodity industry will also be considered.

Leadership and executive presence in order to present to senior management teams effectively.

Process improvement mentality that identifies areas for more efficient and effective approach to contracting.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

SAP, Excel, Access, Word experience preferred.

Key Capabilities Required

Demonstrated success in analytics.

Handles large volume of data, provides financial analysis and recommends decisions.

Evaluates business trends and assesses market conditions.

Ability to gather data from multiple sources and synthesize into key points.

Ability to influence through sound interpretation of analyses.

Ability to make sense of complex data/reports and translate them into clear business language (i.e. explain how the factors impact Sandoz product sales and market share).

Ability to actively identify ways to improve processes, using defined approaches and recognized methodologies.

Ability to work cross functionally and drive initiatives that span multiple departments.

Highly developed time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative required.

Preferred Requirements Advanced degree strongly preferred.

Salary Range:

$160,300 - $297,700 USD/year (effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26); fluctuations may occur. Final pay determinations will depend on factors such as location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. Total compensation may also include sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and benefits such as 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, etc. Employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time.

Compliance On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5‑year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA‑related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
