This sourcer will be responsible for identification and contact of passive candidates, partnering with one or more executive recruiters in support of key job openings, and a commitment to diverse slates.Operating out of a major hub location, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise, and serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent. It is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on candidate experience and business performance. Individuals should have years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating and submitting passive candidates.
