* Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows* Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions* Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms* Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions* Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives* Establish best practices for process documentation and governance* Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement* 10+ years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations transformation* Experience with low-code / no-code platforms* Experience with Tableau and Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools* Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows* Experience enabling process change through technology solutions* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders**Note**: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
