Internship Opportunity: The Marketing Office within our Brand & Reputation team invites enthusiastic interns to help deliver consistent messaging across our marketing platforms. Whether you are a strong communicator focused on content consistency or audience engagement, this internship is designed for you! You will play an essential role in auditing, mapping, and harmonizing our messaging across various campaigns, including web, email, and social media. This immersive experience will provide valuable insights into enterprise-level brand strategy, campaign execution, and storytelling throughout the marketing funnel. You will collaborate closely with content strategists and channel teams to ensure alignment and support key initiatives. We are looking for motivated interns for Summer 2026 who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in strategic research, digital optimization, and content alignment. You will be guided by experienced mentors and work alongside various departments on projects aligned with ETS's goals. Intern Responsibilities: Assist in crafting effective marketing strategies, content creation, and research deliverables. Help implement cross-channel campaigns and optimize web performance. Contribute to market research and customer insights, including creating dashboards and analytics. Collaborate with content, digital, UX, and operations teams. Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and workshops with key stakeholders. Present insights and final deliverables to your department at the internship's conclusion. Interns are expected to work from our office located in Princeton, NJ, or Delhi, India. Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, UX/UI Design, Digital Media, or related disciplines. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess analytical thinking skills and comfort with data insights. Show interest in brand strategy, digital experience, customer insights, or AI-enabled marketing. Demonstrate readiness to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Qualtrics, Google Analytics, Figma, Adobe XD, or CMS. Have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to follow through.
