In this role, you'll partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales Technology and collaborate across Sales, IT, Enterprise Capability, Finance, and Procurement teams. You'll work alongside leaders and practitioners responsible for delivering and evolving Salesforce as the core platform supporting Slalom's global sales organization.

What You'll Do Partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales Technology to support the strategy, roadmap, and performance management of the global sales technology ecosystem, with Salesforce as the core platform Support execution of the Salesforce and sales technology roadmap by maintaining detailed initiative plans, including requirements, delivery phases, dependencies, and timelines Translate sales and business priorities into actionable delivery plans for IT and implementation teams Work in partnership with IT, engineering, Sales, and Enterprise capability teams to deploy prioritized Salesforce and sales technology initiatives Coordinate integrations, data quality improvements, environment management, release readiness, and post-deployment stabilization activities Support rollout of AI and agentic sales capabilities across the sales technology ecosystem Own ongoing usage and adoption reporting across Salesforce and connected sales tools, identifying underutilized features and optimization opportunities Partners with Sales and Operations team to drive continuous platform optimization and measurable productivity gains Support financial, contract, and vendor management activities, including license tracking, renewal planning, cost visibility, and vendor performance management Support governance forums, status reporting, and executive updates by tracking platform health, delivery progress, adoption metrics, and business impact Drive rationalization of overlapping or redundant sales tools to support a scalable, integrated sales technology ecosystem What You'll Bring

Experience supporting the execution and delivery of Salesforce or enterprise sales technology roadmaps Strong ability to translate business priorities into structured delivery plans and coordinate execution across IT, engineering, and business teams Experience working with Salesforce and connected sales tools, with a focus on deployment, optimization, and adoption Experience tracking and improving platform usage, and adoption through data, reporting, and stakeholder partnership Ability to identify workflow gaps, underutilized features, and opportunities to improve sales productivity through technology Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement on licensing, contracts, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives Comfort operating in a highly cross-functional environment and coordinating across Sales, IT, and Enterprise teams

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels: Business Operations Manager. Targeted base pay salary ranges are as follows by location: $100,000-$149,000 for roles based in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Minneapolis, Nashville, Philadelphia, and St. Louis; $108,000-$162,000 for roles based in Boston, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York City, Orange County, San Diego, Seattle, and Washington, DC; and $118,000-$177,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
