Job Description
Join Oracle's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team as a Senior NetSuite Functional Solutions Consultant specializing in the Products Vertical. We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in retail, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing.
This is a direct-hire position that offers the flexibility of working from home and requires moderate travel across various locations.
As we reinvent our engagement model to support our expansive customer base, your role will be pivotal in delivering functional and technical support for NetSuite ERP implementations, ensuring continuous improvement and value addition for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and documenting customer requirements for NetSuite, using our proven methodologies.
Collaboratively developing strategies to address customer gaps and drive consensus.
Providing strategic design and architectural recommendations to build effective solutions.
Guiding customers to overcome their most critical challenges, leveraging NetSuite best practices.
Architecting complex business solutions that may involve configuration, integration, and technical components, in collaboration with our technical services team.
Developing expertise in new product features and ensuring their effective adoption by customers and partners.
Defining functional requirements for automations, integrations, and data migrations.
Collaborating with the technical team on design and testing of automations and integrations.
Conducting quality reviews of deliverables from team members.
Continuing to enhance your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years in functional consulting and solution architecture.
Proven experience in NetSuite ERP Financials implementation and/or administration; experience with other ERP systems will be considered.
End-to-end ERP implementation experience and developing comprehensive business process flows.
Expertise in optimizing Order to Cash processes through customer interactions.
Leading and managing business and functional design workshops with clients.
A self-directed approach with strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to lead with minimal supervision.
Hands-on experience with technology and effective presentation skills across various organizational levels.
A dedication to enhancing Customer satisfaction.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Key Skills Required:
Expertise in implementing integration, data migration, and customization activities.
Experience in full implementation life cycle activities including SIT and UAT.
Competence in managing cut over and go-live activities, along with triaging issues related to business and functional requirements.
Strong analytical, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.
A motivation for self-direction and leading team initiatives.
Desired Experience:
Experience working with large solution integrators.
Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud architectures.
Experience in release management or as an Agile scrum master.
Functional certification in NetSuite or other ERP systems.
Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 20%, as needed.

Base Salary:
Compensation ranges from $97,500 to $199,500 per year in the US, with additional bonuses and equity opportunities. For Canadian applicants, salary ranges from CAD 103,700 to CAD 153,700 annually.
