A Day in the Life: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Architect with at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will guide a dynamic team of over 20 Salesforce professionals, applying your extensive knowledge in Salesforce architecture and development to create secure, scalable solutions for our prestigious clients. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement effective Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and fulfill business requirements.

Lead technical teams in designing and deploying cutting-edge Salesforce applications.

Convert business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and solutions.

Oversee system integrations to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce applications.

Provide mentorship and expert guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experiences.

Efficiently manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.

Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and APIs.

Valid Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are required.

Demonstrated ability to manage intricate Salesforce projects and lead technical teams effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for conveying technical concepts.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration strategies.

Knowledge of web application development and enterprise-grade solutions.
