The Role:
In this position, your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their SAP transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with clients' Talent & HR teams to address business challenges and explore SAP solutions.
Developing impactful business cases and roadmaps to guide clients in their SAP deployments.
Architecting end-to-end Talent & HR solutions utilizing SAP technologies and relevant partner products.
Communicating SAP's Business AI strategy, identifying functional areas where AI can add tangible value.
Implementing AI-driven use cases to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Designing and delivering innovative Talent & HR solutions that align with industry best practices.
Staying updated on regulations and trends to become a trusted advisor to clients and Accenture leadership.
Contributing to thought leadership, building best practices, and nurturing the next generation of transformation experts.
Travel may be required for this role, with potential requirements ranging widely based on client needs.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience as a SAP Talent & HR consultant with hands-on expertise in relevant technologies and modules.
Experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including planning and solution architecture for Talent & HR.
At least 2 years of experience working with mid-market clients across multiple projects.
Background supporting industry-specific clients, preferably in Products.
Familiarity with the S/4 Private Cloud product is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; Associate's degree accompanied by relevant work experience is acceptable.
