Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and confident professional who excels at transforming products into compelling stories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys presenting, traveling, collaborating with sales teams, and using data-driven insights to enhance product promotion. You will play a key role in supporting product launches, sales initiatives, and brand visibility through engaging presentations and storytelling.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, 2 Saturdays a month from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Compensation:

This salaried, exempt position pays from $70,000 to $80,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging, story-driven product presentations for internal teams, customers, partners, and leadership

Travel frequently with the sales team to customer meetings, open houses, trade shows, and industry events to support selling efforts and gather market intelligence

Represent the brand and products in a confident, polished, and engaging manner

Translate product features, data, and technical information into compelling narratives tailored to different audiences

Leverage AI tools to enhance presentation development, storytelling, content creation, and data analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Create, update, and manage presentation assets across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment

Develop post-event and post-presentation summaries highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and digital teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

Apply analytical thinking to evaluate presentation effectiveness, audience engagement, and sales outcomes, identifying patterns and areas for optimization

Continuously refine content based on performance metrics, market trends, and stakeholder input

Analyze presentation performance, sales feedback, and audience engagement to continuously improve messaging and storytelling effectiveness

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

3–5 years of corporate or professional experience, preferably in product marketing, sales enablement, marketing, communications, or a related role

Proven experience presenting to internal teams, customers, or external audiences in a professional setting

Strong presentation and public speaking skills with a confident, engaging presence

Demonstrated ability to tell compelling product stories supported by data and insights

Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback and performance metrics

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments

Energetic and enthusiastic, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences

Outgoing and personable, with strong relationship-building skills

Adaptable, proactive, and eager to engage in the field

Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel

Experience working closely with sales teams or supporting field sales efforts preferred

Background in product launches or go-to-market initiatives preferred

Proficiency with presentation platforms, content creation tools, and emerging AI technologies preferred

Knowledge of branding, visual design principles, or marketing analytics preferred
