to support our trucking company’s parts and service operations. This role is responsible for assisting walk-in and phone customers, identifying and selling heavy-duty truck parts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone Identify, price, and sell heavy-duty truck parts and accessories Look up parts using electronic catalogs and inventory systems Process sales orders, invoices, and returns accurately Coordinate with service technicians and warehouse staff Maintain accurate inventory and counter displays Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate Ensure a clean, organized, and professional counter area Qualifications
Prior counter sales experience in a trucking or diesel environment
required Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and components Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Proficient with computer systems and parts lookup software Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Valid driver’s license required What We Offer
