CASE Sales Manager Position: Sales Manager focused solely on CASE brand equipment for the combined territory of North Carolina and South Carolina. Build and direct sales team, develop customer relationships, participate in trade shows and industry events and demonstrations of equipment.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, onboard, mentor, and motivate CASE sales representatives to meet or exceed quotas.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies, define, and set sales targets, and determine KPIs.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and monitor market trends to adjust strategies.

Pipeline Management:

Oversee the entire CASE sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient CRM management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain high-level CASE client relationships, resolve escalated complaints, and support key negotiations.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in sales with proven record of successwith CASE equipment. Team management experience required.

Leadership:

Strong ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.

Analysis:

Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using CRM software

Communication:

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
