Must be hired for a San Jose, CA location. Sign on bonus not applicable to internal employees. Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T you will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and work in a sales environment with uncapped commission potential. Top earners have the opportunity to make $100,000.
Compensation Annual salary range: $40,530–$51,890, plus $20,000 to $100,000 in commission. Your first-year earnings will depend on geography, experience, education, and sales goal achievement.
Responsibilities
Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to build field‑sales expertise.
Meet with existing customers and prospects, using scheduled appointments to deliver personalized sales interactions, hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Key Expectations
1+ year of commission‑based sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.
Proven success in reaching sales targets and upselling techniques.
Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; company vehicle provided for official business.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor‑vehicle record review.
