
Allied Sports is recruiting a motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic candidate to join our fast-paced Hospitality team. This is a great opportunity to assist with the ideation, execution, and day-to-day management of C‑Suite customer hosting programs for a technology client, in the golf & NFL space. This person will report to a Director and will be responsible for supporting event planning and execution of exclusive and memorable customer hosting experiences, and agency business initiatives.
Responsibilities The position of Senior Account Executive is client and C‑Suite executive facing. The role’s primary objective is to support Cisco in building bespoke customer hosting experiences while keeping all event and program deliverables on track, ensuring a successful customer hosting program through deliverable creation, asset management, vendor and hotel management, tier‑1 hospitality and white glove service, customer registration and communications, project management and onsite event execution.
Responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day and onsite management of a client and their respective sports and entertainment customer hosting (events) portfolio.
Ideate, create, develop and execute customer hosting programs. This will include, but is not limited to the following materials distributed to a C‑Suite level audience, the client, vendors or other counterparts.
Lead strategic program development, including research, concepting, and preparation of client‑facing recommendations and presentations
Own end‑to‑end project management, including timelines, run‑of‑show documents, execution guides, staff materials, tracking tools, status reporting, meeting notes and presenting on calls with clients and vendors
Develop and manage all event communications and materials, including guest and executive communications, print assets, customized registration, event briefings, and post‑event recaps/reporting
Source, contract, and manage vendor and production partners, overseeing relationships and coordinating all deliverables on behalf of the client
Manage event financials, including budgets, estimates, reconciliation, client invoicing, and expense tracking
Maintain exceptional quality control across all experiential and operational elements and deliver exemplary onsite client and guest service during program execution
Work with various stakeholders; including client, agency partners and vendors to bring these customer hosting programs to life. This will include but is not limited to:
Manage assets: inventory, allocation, reporting and tracking
Lead travel and guest logistics, including hotel research and sourcing, rooming lists, on‑site lodging management, transportation planning, and executive/VIP movements
Design and execute curated gifting experiences and premium guest amenities, including hands‑on build and on‑site delivery
Lead décor sourcing, signage, and spatial design for hospitality environments, including the execution of award‑winning hospitality suites
Own end‑to‑end event logistics and operations, including on‑site management of hospitality registration, ticketing, concierge‑style guest services, and food and beverage planning and execution, etc.
Qualifications
Passion for hospitality, design, gifting and creating exceptional experiences in sports and entertainment environments for C‑suite and executive audiences
Preferred 5+ years of experience in client‑based events, executive hosting, hospitality, or experiential marketing (agency experience preferred), with demonstrated strength in event planning, customer hosting, registration, communications, and event marketing
1+ year of Management experience

Exceptional organizational skills, unmatched attention to detail, strong project management skills and the ability to create and deliver clear, high‑quality presentations and materials to clients and executives
Ability to handle precise asset management records, allocation, tracking and reconciliation
Team‑oriented, self‑started who is confident taking the initiative, always 10 steps ahead to figure out solutions before problems arise (there will always be last‑minute client requests!) while thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent prioritization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral; flexible and adaptable in working with different personalities
Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as experience building and owning registration websites, asset management & reporting
Ability to drive rental vehicles, lift 50+ lbs and be standing for 8 hours at a time while onsite
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically, approximately 30% of the time, and work weekends or holidays as needed
Considerations
Base salary: $70K–80K annually
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in‑office (Tues‑Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)
Open to a fully remote schedule for potential candidates outside the NYC area who have substantial experience and skills
Base salary represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
