Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Louisville, KY. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Core tasks include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, presenting customized solutions, and negotiating contracts to drive overall revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and strategic account management will also be an integral part of this role. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet or exceed sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in the HR or technology sectors is a plus
