We invite you to join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Customer Engagement and Retention! In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives to enhance our post-purchase journey and develop compelling retention strategies. Your deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), subscription models, and customer loyalty will be critical to our growth. You will track key performance metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV), minimize churn, and optimize subscription services while managing a dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience—at least 10 years in lifecycle management, CRM, retention, or subscription strategy—with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. A hands-on approach is essential, coupled with strong skills in data analytics, understanding of consumer behavior, and experimentation. As the Vice President of Customer Engagement and Retention, your ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Brand will be vital to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience after purchase.
