Senior Client Partner for Enterprise Accounts Management Pearson, a global leader in education and learning solutions, is excited to welcome a talented and proactive Senior Client Partner to lead our vital enterprise relationships. This impactful role requires you to manage Pearson's significant partnerships, ensuring successful client engagements from start to finish. You will be responsible for developing multi-year strategic plans, fostering strong relationships with executives, and enhancing partnerships through Pearson's extensive offerings, including innovative AI-driven learning solutions and comprehensive talent management services such as assessments and training programs. As a trusted advisor to our clients' C-suite executives, you will guide diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve results that drive revenue growth and create meaningful, long-term value. This position will be based in the US, allowing for regular opportunities to engage in-person with our Global Accounts. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a global account strategy that aligns Pearson's innovative solutions with the client's business transformation initiatives.

Lead negotiations to secure multi-million-dollar transformation agreements in the learning and talent development sectors.

Identify and seize growth opportunities by enhancing the adoption of Pearson's diverse solution portfolio, including AI-enhanced learning experiences.

Develop comprehensive, data-driven territory and account plans, ensuring accurate forecasting.

Executive Engagement & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and C-level executives within client organizations.

Communicate effectively about the transformative potential of AI and emerging technologies in improving organizational effectiveness.

Build and maintain strong relationships, effectively managing escalations with senior executives.

AI-, Data-, and Insights-Led Solutioning Utilize AI tools to create tailored solutions that drive workforce transformation and improve productivity.

Advise clients on the ethical integration of AI in learning and talent mobility initiatives.

Employ labor market trends and technological insights to shape client strategies.

Leading Across a Matrixed Ecosystem Oversee a global virtual account team across various functions, including product development, delivery, and customer success.

Collaborate with global partners to co-create and enhance service delivery.

Engage both client and Pearson teams to improve solution design and implementation efficiency.

Market Awareness & Thought Leadership Represent Pearson at significant industry events, showcasing your thought leadership.

Stay informed about AI and learning technology trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Offer valuable feedback to product and strategy teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications 12+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI/ML, HR tech, EdTech, or consulting-driven transformation sales.

A proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise contracts.

Expertise in leveraging AI for learning and workforce development.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in diverse environments.

Exceptional skills in account planning, forecasting, negotiation, and storytelling.

A customer-focused attitude complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pearson offers competitive compensation based on skills, experience, and location. As stipulated in certain states, the salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive plan and additional benefits as detailed in our employment resources.
