Key Accountabilities

Addressing day‑to‑day customer needs and requests.

Conduct professional communication via phone and email.

Maintain extreme attention to detail and multitask on several projects or customer requests/orders.

Work with operations to resolve customer service issues.

Assist with customer billing issues.

Ensure vendor information is complete in the system.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Prepare shipping documents (labels, compliance labels, BOLs, etc.).

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Cross‑train as required.

Balance team and individual responsibilities and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace and comply with instructions for safety and health.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web‑based and job‑specific software applications, and accurate typing and data entry skills.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Communication skills: responding promptly and professionally to customer needs, effectively presenting information one‑on‑one or in small group situations and basic written correspondence.

Balance team and individual responsibilities and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Education & Experience Minimum : High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, shipping and receiving is a plus.

Preferred : Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Specialist Certifications None.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation : The base salary compensation range for this role is $21 – $30 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (producer roles only).
