Senior Functional Analyst - Enterprise Applications Strategy Overview We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Senior Functional Analyst to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical supply chain. This vital role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Procurement-to-Payment and Order-to-Cash cycles, with an emphasis on GxP Data Management and financial module integration (GL, AP, AR). You will lead the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA solutions across critical business functions, including GxP Master Data Management for Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales & Distribution, and integration with external (Salesforce, CGTO) and internal finance processes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proficient professional to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless integration across operations. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Solution Design & Configuration:

Take ownership of the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions across an integrated supply chain, including: Procurement (MM): Focus on Procurement and Inventory Management. Manufacturing (PP): Manage Production Order integration and execution. Order Management (SD/LE): Oversee Sales Order processing, Delivery, Logistics, and Intercompany transactions. Logistics & Shipment (LE): Coordinate Transportation and trade compliance. GxP Master Data Management: Handle Material Master, Bill of Material, Routing, and Quality Management Master Data. Configuration Mastery:

Personalize SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, LE, PP, EWM, QM) to align with pharmaceutical business processes. Design Workshops:

Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements for comprehensive Functional Specifications. Financial & Enterprise Integration: Supply Chain to Finance Integration:

Ensure seamless integration between supply chain transactions and Financial Accounting. External Integration Leadership:

Design and maintain compliant data flows between SAP S/4HANA and external systems such as Salesforce and CGTO. Data Migration:

Uphold data integrity and compliance throughout the migration from legacy systems to SAP. GxP Data Management & Validation: GxP Data Stewardship:

Serve as a functional expert in GxP Data Management and compliance. Compliance Assurance:

Ensure SAP design aligns with regulatory requirements. Validation & Testing:

Participate in validation activities, contributing to test plans and executing test cases. Production Support & System Optimization: Solution Documentation:

Develop functional designs and user manuals. Post-Implementation Support:

Provide crucial support and training on new SAP functionalities. Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate system performance and propose enhancements. Education and Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP ERP systems, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. Deep knowledge of integrated supply chain modules: SD, MM, LE, and PP; familiarity with EWM and QM is advantageous. A solid understanding of finance integration points (GL, AP, AR) with supply chain data. Thorough expertise in pharmaceutical regulations related to GxP and data integrity. Experience with integrations to external systems, particularly Salesforce. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successful project completions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Experience & Skills: Knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy Operations processes. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform applications. Certification in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules. Experience in leading or mentoring functional teams. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Consideration for total rewards may include merit-based salary increases, participation in incentive plans, and eligibility in our 401(k) plan, along with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options.
