The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.**THE ROLE**The Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing brand partner relationships across Insomniac’s festival and brand portfolio. This role serves as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts, ensuring flawless execution of sponsorship deliverables, seamless internal coordination, and a high-quality partner experience from deal close through on-site activation, post-event recaps and renewals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, collaborative, and client-focused, someone who thrives in a fast-moving, live-event environment and brings both operational rigor and creative problem-solving to every partnership.**RESPONSIBILITIES****Partner & Account Management:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsorship partners, managing all day-to-day communications and relationship needs.* Own partner onboarding, kickoffs, meeting agendas, action items and ongoing status updates, ensuring clarity across scope, timelines, and expectations.* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering proactive communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and consistent follow-through.**Sponsorship Execution & Operations:*** Lead the execution of all contracted sponsorship deliverables and assets across festivals and projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreements.* Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Finance, F&B, and Site Production.* Oversee sponsorship advancing, load-in/load-out coordination, on-site execution, and troubleshooting during live events.* Ensure all activations meet Insomniac brand standards, venue requirements, and safety protocols.**Reporting & Renewals:*** Compile post-event recaps, performance reports, and proof-of-performance documentation for partners.* Support renewal conversations by tracking results, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring a strong end-to-end partner experience.* Translate sponsorship performance data into clear insights and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.**Financial & Administrative Management:*** Track budgets, invoices, billbacks, and partner payments in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams.* Assist in preparing settlement documentation, including estimates, costs, and final actuals.* Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, approvals, and financial documentation.**QUALIFICATIONS*** 2–4 years of experience in sponsorship, brand partnerships, account management, experiential marketing, or live events.* Proven ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.* Comfortable navigating complex logistics, timelines, and cross-departmental workflows.* written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with brands, agencies, and internal stakeholders.* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with trackers, timelines, and budget documents.* Willingness to travel and work long hours during live events, including weekends and holidays.* Enthusiasm for sponsorship, partnerships, live events, and festival culture.* Ability to practice Extreme Ownership.**WORK ENVIRONMENT*** Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines.* Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations.* Must be able to work in open concept office space.Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.**EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
