Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
What you’ll do
Content Creation & Management.
Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, presentations, case studies, product sheets, and whitepapers.
Sales Training & Onboarding.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales organization, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
Tool Implementation & Support.
Assist in the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of sales enablement tools and CRM systems (like HubSpot) that drive sales productivity and efficiency.
Sales Process Optimization.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement within the sales process. Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement best practices, creating playbooks and resources that guide sales representatives through complex scenarios.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to streamline sales strategies, align messaging, and ensure sales teams have the necessary support and up-to-date product information.
Performance Analysis & Iteration.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, gathering feedback from sales teams and leveraging data to inform strategy and continuously improve content relevance and program effectiveness.
