have a rare and exciting opportunity for a high performing, experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager
to join the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of used cars in your department. You will be providing leadership and direction to Used Car Sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.
The Role
Manage and lead the used vehicle sales team.
Oversee inventory management, pricing, and vehicle merchandising.
Monitor and improve sales processes to maximise efficiency and profitability.
Train and develop sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
YOU
Understanding of used vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes
Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
Ability to manage used car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
Current C Class drivers’ licence is essential
Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manageror extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential
Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half dayevery Saturday
Yard managers licence required
