Regional Sales Coordinator | Luxury (Remote – Central US) Location:

Remote (Reside in Central US; Minneapolis or Detroit preferred)

Compensation:

$75,000 – $90,000 + Performance Incentives

Travel:

60% (Extensive travel, including overnights and select weekends)

The Vision As a

Regional Sales Coordinator , you will be the primary steward of our brand’s prestige and commercial growth within the Central region. You will serve as a strategic partner to our elite retail accounts, driving revenue not just through transactions, but through world‑class storytelling, meticulous visual standards, and the cultivation of high‑value relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

Develop and execute seasonal sales plans that align with brand heritage. Analyze sell‑through and inventory metrics to provide bespoke product assortment recommendations.

Brand Experience & Training:

Lead immersive in‑store training and exclusive client events. Empower retail teams to become experts in our craftsmanship and brand narrative.

Visual Artistry:

Act as a Visual Champion, ensuring every point of sale meets our exacting global merchandising standards and "Visual Identity" guidelines.

Account Stewardship:

Act as the "Voice of the Territory," managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from logistics and order flow to monthly marketing audits.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor boutique performance and staffing, providing the Sales Leadership team with high‑level insights and creative solutions to market challenges.

The Profile

Expertise:

Proven experience in

Luxury Fashion, Fine Jewelry, or Prestige Beauty

is highly preferred.

Skill Set:

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Canva; ability to translate complex data into a compelling brand story.

Presence:

A poised, level‑headed communicator who can influence partners at every level and represent the brand with sophistication.

Agility:

A self‑starter comfortable with 60% travel and the ambiguity of a remote, field‑based role.
