Contract type: Permanent | Working time: Full‑time What we achieve together In your role as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Digital Solutions, you actively shape how our partners successfully use the digital solution myVaillant Pro Service – enabling higher productivity in daily operations, seamless service processes, and noticeably increased customer satisfaction. You connect people, product, and market, creating lasting value.

You continuously drive improvements in customer success for our digital solutions, strengthening adoption, satisfaction, and collaboration with key stakeholders at both central and regional levels.

You are responsible for planning and managing product launches as well as ongoing releases, sharing best practices and identifying and addressing growth barriers at an early stage.

You ensure that product content is always up to date, easy to understand, and regionally relevant by closely aligning strategies with central and regional teams and consistently following through.

Through customer research, you generate robust insights, monitor regional adoption rates, and support marketing and sales activities to ensure measurable growth in product performance.

You translate user feedback into concrete actions, report transparently on impact, and drive continuous improvement of the user experience across the entire customer journey.

In collaboration with regional teams, you effectively coordinate feedback and ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

What makes us successful together

Qualifications:

You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, a technical field of study, or a related discipline.

Experience:

You bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within a demanding and international environment.

Know‑how and skills:

You have proven expertise in managing customer success for digital solutions that have been rolled out internationally across multiple groups.

Nice to have:

Experience in a service‑oriented environment is a strong plus.

Personality:

You stand out through excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
