What You Can Expect
In your new position, you manage and grow customer relationships in the Automotive Fluids Independent Aftermarket, focusing on coolant/antifreeze and brake fluid products.
Your expertise is asked for when negotiating contracts and steering technical and commercial projects with customers and internal teams.
Together with your colleagues, you actively acquire new customers and business opportunities, driving cross‑selling and price management initiatives.
Not least, you represent BTC at industry events and fairs, ensuring visibility and collaboration with BASF counterparts.
Furthermore, you contribute to digitalization initiatives and support the development of industry‑specific strategies within local and European teams.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Technical professional training in a relevant area or completed master’s degree in business or STEM fields
Several years of professional experience in automotive fluids technologies and aftermarket sales
Strong knowledge in contract negotiations, account planning, and customer relationship management, ideally with Salesforce experience
Fluent German and advanced English skills, plus confident use of IT tools and MS Office applications
Proactive team player with excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and a growth‑driven mindset
Willingness to travel
