We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across regional operations.* Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.* Partner with regional leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and development programs.* Provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and organizational development.* Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes in collaboration with HR teams.* Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace.* Oversee HR analytics, reporting, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.* Lead HR-related change management efforts for organizational growth and expansion.* Develop and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.**Qualifications and Educational Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.* 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.* Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.* Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or regions.* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.* Experience in food distribution, manufacturing, or logistics industries is a plus.With 55 years of solid history and experience, today we operate a fleet of just under 500 refrigerated trucks and over 2.3 million square feet of combined distribution space through 22 facilities in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Illinois, Texas, Washington, Oregon, and Puerto Rico. #J-18808-Ljbffr
