This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Education* Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred)Experience and Skills* 7+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, with at least 3 years in CI leadership roles.* Proven success deploying CI initiatives across multiple sites.* Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems.* Food manufacturing or high-volume production industry experience.**Physical Demands** This job is sedentary.
