The Work:
Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions.
Engage with client teams to identify and synthesize both functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to configure and enhance HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, and more.
Provide expert guidance, converting requirements into detailed configuration tasks across various absence types, eligibility profiles, accruals, certifications, enrollment, and other related areas.
Create thorough functional and technical design documentation.
Facilitate design workshops for comprehensive Absence Processes with business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and recommending effective design solutions based on Oracle capabilities.
Support the planning and execution of testing phases, along with cutover activities for successful go-live preparation.
Organize and plan tasks, while monitoring progress on deliverables.
Please note: Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0% to 100% based on business needs. What You Need: Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Absence Management.
At least 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience is also acceptable.
Bonus Points If: You possess cross-functional knowledge of other HCM modules.
You have experience implementing Redwood Pages and utilizing VBS.
You have successfully cultivated trust with clients and partnered with them on large-scale implementation projects.
Compensation varies at Accenture based on numerous factors, including office location, role, skillset, and experience level.
