Mother Lode Veterinary Hospital is known for serving our clients and patients with compassion, empathy, and integrity. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, upbeat Full Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For
Has a positive, team oriented personality
Communicates clearly and professionally
Excels in a fast paced environment
Is an expert multitasker and creative problem solver
Brings strong customer service skills and a solid knowledge base
Preferred Experience
1+ year as a veterinary receptionist (preferred)
1+ year in customer service (required)
Administrative assistant experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
The first voice clients hear when they call
The communication bridge between clients, doctors, and staff
The final warm send off clients receive as they leave
You help set the tone for the entire client experience.
