Customer Service II - Bilingual

for a

Contract

with a client in

Abbott Park, IL.

Candidate must have the capability to deliver exceptional customer support with strong communication skills as a key qualification for this role.

Rate Range:

$22/hour to $23/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Service II - Bilingual Job Responsibilities Include

Resolving customer inquiries across multiple channels with accurate, timely, and professional communication.

Partnering with internal teams to drive issue resolution while maintaining urgency and customer focus.

Identifying distressed customer situations and initiating corrective actions with attentiveness and care.

Capturing customer feedback and recommending improvements to eliminate service roadblocks.

Managing complex requests such as reporting relationship updates, job changes, and organizational updates.

Meeting or exceeding standards for schedule adherence, reliability, and overall service quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

2+ years of experience in customer service, HR operations, shared services, or a high‑volume support environment.

Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency strongly preferred to support multilingual customer interactions.

Experience with HR systems or service tools such as Workday and Salesforce (or similar CRM/HRIS platforms) highly preferred.

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour
