Job Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to exceed goals in volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Oversee daily sales operations, including customer interactions, deal structuring, desking, and finance approvals
Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout every step of the sales process
Track, analyze, and act on sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and manufacturer incentive programs
Stay current on industry trends and uphold Subaru brand standards
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Benefits And Compensation Pay Range: Make $150,000.00+ annually

Qualifications
2+ years of automotive sales management experience required; Subaru and used car experience is a plus.
Proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of automotive sales processes, inventory management, and customer retention strategies.
Experience with using DriveCentric and CDK.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
