This entry-level position gives you hands-on exposure to marketing campaigns inside retail locations. You’ll speak with customers, share product information, and help create positive brand experiences that support campaign goals. No prior experience is required — just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do
Promote client products and services during in-person retail campaigns Engage with customers and provide friendly, informative support Learn and apply foundational skills in marketing, sales, and customer service Build brand awareness through direct customer interactions Assist customers with basic questions and help guide their experience Contribute to campaign results by generating interest and identifying potential leads What We’re Looking For
Strong people skills and a friendly, outgoing personality A student mentality and eagerness to build new skills Problem-solving ability and a positive, solution-focused mindset Team-oriented attitude and reliability Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required Culture & Development
