Product Marketing Launch Program Lead Shape How Innovative Products Meet The Market.

We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded leader to architect and run a world-class product marketing launch engine. In this role, you will transform product vision into coordinated, high impact go-to-market programs that resonate with customers and drive measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the connective tissue across Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Marketing, Analyst Relations, and cross‑functional marketing teams, ensuring every launch is intentional, aligned, and executed with precision.

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure to fast‑moving environments, and enjoys turning ambitious roadmaps into disciplined execution. You will elevate how launches are planned, delivered, measured, and improved over time.

Your Impact Architect the Roadmap to Market Engine

Translate evolving product roadmaps into structured, tiered launch plans with clear milestones, readiness criteria, and accountable owners.

Design and maintain a unified launch framework that connects product strategy, positioning, messaging, and channel activation.

Establish a centralized source of truth for all product and customer marketing launches, aligning dependencies across integrated marketing, creative, web, lifecycle, communications, enablement, events, and analytics.

Continuously refine the launch model to improve predictability, clarity, and speed to market.

Lead End to End Launch Orchestration

Own the full lifecycle of launch programs from intake and scoping through kickoff, readiness validation, release, and post‑launch review.

Facilitate high signal forums that drive alignment and decisions, including kickoffs, status reviews, and executive updates.

Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and resource constraints, offering practical mitigation plans and sequencing recommendations.

Ensure deliverables ship on time and at quality, balancing ambition with operational realities.

Bring Clarity to Governance and Capacity

Establish consistent operating rhythms for launch squads and cross‑functional teams, connecting weekly and fortnightly checkpoints to broader marketing planning cycles.

Build dashboards and program views that make timelines, interdependencies, risks, and capacity transparent.

Partner with functional leads to right‑size scope and phase work thoughtfully based on impact and available resources.

Embed Measurement and Learning

Ensure that success metrics, ownership, and reporting plans are defined at the outset of every initiative and tied directly to marketing and product objectives.

Lead structured retrospectives and performance readouts that capture both outcome insights and process improvements.

Turn learnings into repeatable enhancements that strengthen future launches rather than filing them away.

Standardize Tools, Templates, and Automation

Design and enforce scalable workflows, briefs, workback plans, trackers, and boards that reduce ambiguity and eliminate tool sprawl.

Elevate operational hygiene across platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or comparable systems.

Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to streamline reporting, status management, and documentation, freeing marketers to focus on strategy and creativity.

What You Bring

Program leadership excellence: a proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional marketing programs from strategy through execution in SaaS, ecommerce, or similarly fast‑paced digital environments.

Product and roadmap fluency: confidence partnering with Product leaders and translating technical roadmaps into compelling market stories and executable plans.

Strategic prioritization skills: the ability to challenge scope, recommend sequencing, and drive disciplined tradeoffs grounded in impact and capacity.

Influence without authority: skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders, facilitating constructive debate, and driving clear decisions.

Operational rigor: deep experience with project management tools, dashboards, and scalable process design that improves transparency and accountability.

Executive level communication: the ability to distill ambiguity into crisp narratives that clarify progress, risks, and key decisions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Eight or more years of experience leading marketing programs that require cross‑functional coordination, complex execution, and ongoing optimization.

Experience within SaaS, ecommerce, or technology‑driven organizations preferred.

If you are energized by bringing order to complexity, elevating how teams launch, and building systems that scale product storytelling to the market, this role offers the opportunity to leave a lasting operational footprint while shaping high‑impact product introductions.
