All Seasons Window & Door, MFG — a 46-year-old company with a fast-growing B2C Home Improvement Division — is seeking a high-impact Marketing Manager to own lead generation, digital marketing performance, and event marketing.

This is a growth-focused, revenue-driving role working directly with ownership, sales leadership, and our call center. If you thrive in performance marketing, pipeline generation, and campaign execution — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end lead generation strategy (digital + offline)

CRM management and optimization to improve conversion and sales follow-up

KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI-driven budget allocation

Digital marketing execution: SEO, PPC, Organic & Paid Social, OTT/streaming, retargeting (working with leadership, agencies, and AI tools)

Demand generation campaigns across multiple channels

Print advertising and canvassing initiatives

Event marketing: home shows, festivals, community outreach, brand activations

Tight alignment with sales and call center teams to maximize appointment setting and revenue

This role blends Growth Marketing + Performance Marketing + Event Marketing in a hands-on environment.

Required

5+ years experience in Marketing Management, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing

Strong background in Lead Generation, Campaign Performance, and Analytics

Data-driven mindset with experience managing marketing budgets Preferred

Experience in B2C, Home Services, or Direct-to-Consumer Marketing

CRM platforms, paid advertising, and multi-channel attribution

Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
